Something Old, Something New, Something Borrowed and...... Something Really Really Fast

Samantha and James had all the ingredients for the perfect wedding. The something old came in the form of a 200year old lace veil passed down through generations for the girls in the family to wear on their wedding day. The something new was Samantha's stunning Justin Alexander dress which fitted her perfectly and showed off her fabulous figure. The something borrowed was a stunning diamond tennis bracelet kindly lent to Samantha by James' Mum, and the something really really fast was James' TVR, his absolute pride and joy! Samantha and James had joked with us at their engagement shoot about how much James loved his car and looking at it, it was easy to see why. I had to drag Jamie away as he just stood mesmerised, marvelling at it's curves and sleek lines (remember.... this is a car I'm talking about!)

As if all of this wasn't enough, but James and Samantha tied the knot in the historic Tudor setting of Rufford Old Hall, a real gem of history preserved by the National Trust, before making their way to James' parents breathtaking walled garden where Mahood's Marquees had conjured up an amazing venue for the reception.

Guests sipped Pimms and champagne around the pond before sitting down to delicious food provided by Barretts Caterers. We left Samantha, James and their guests dancing, chatting and racing each other on the giant scalextric track Samantha had arranged as a surprise for car loving James.

Huge thanks to Samantha, James and their friends and family for making us feel so welcome.
